What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong relationships across departments and with consultants.
• Acting as a proactive and visible head of department.
• Developing a clear strategy for advancing outpatient services.
• Establishing a robust budgeting plan.
• Driving a plan to increase private patient activity.
• Implementing a strong governance framework.

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience as an Outpatients Manager or a Deputy Outpatients Manager ready to step up.
• Understanding of private patient relationships and how to nurture and develop these.
• Ability to give confidence to consultants to choose our facility, with a focus on growing self-pay services.
