Full time, 37.5 hours per week across 5 days. Department operating hours are 08:00-20:00 Monday – Sunday, but this role is Monday – Friday.

What you’ll be doing:
- Building strong relationships across departments and with consultants.
- Acting as a proactive and visible head of department.
- Developing a clear strategy for advancing outpatient services.
- Establishing a robust budgeting plan.
- Driving a plan to increase private patient activity.
- Implementing a strong governance framework.
What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience as an Outpatients Manager or a Deputy Outpatients Manager ready to step up.
- Understanding of private patient relationships and how to nurture and develop these.
- Ability to give confidence to consultants to choose our facility, with a focus on growing self-pay services.
