What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee a range of non-clinical departments including patient services, reception, bookings, administration, facilities, and guest services.
• Support the delivery of outstanding patient experience standards across the hospital.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure operational efficiency and the smooth day-to-day running of hospital services.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and support the development of operational plans that enhance patient care and service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Professional knowledge acquired through a degree or a relevant management qualification.
• Strong understanding of private healthcare and the operational structure of hospital non-clinical services.
• Experience leading or managing hospital service departments such as patient services, reception, administration, bookings, facilities, or guest services.
• A collaborative leader with the ambition and capability to step into a broader operational leadership role.
