What you would be responsible for: From day one, you'll play an important role in connecting talented healthcare professionals with organisations across the UK and Ireland. You'll learn how to manage specialist recruitment campaigns, particularly where finding the right person requires persistence, insight and a thorough understanding of the brief.
You'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, develop your knowledge of the healthcare sector and take ownership of delivering a recruitment experience that reflects the standard we set ourselves.
What you would be known for: That's yours to define. You'll bring maturity, professionalism and integrity to everything you do. You'll be trusted for your judgement, your commitment to doing things properly and your willingness to keep learning.
You'll help raise the standards of recruitment and through the way you work, the relationships you build and the impact you make.
Ian Simkins
Ian is responsible for: As an independent business coach, Ian brings extensive real-world experience of building and growing recruitment businesses. He works with us to challenge thinking, ask the right questions and turn business challenges into practical solutions that support sustainable growth.
Ian is known for: A practical, straight-talking approach and an ability to see both the bigger picture and the detail that matters. Ian works with business owners and leaders to provide honesty advice, constructive challenge and perspective grounded in real world experience.

Guy Stroud
Guy is responsible for: As a founding Director, Guy brings more than twenty years of experience in healthcare recruitment and a deep understanding of the sector. He continues to work across Stroud Resourcing, supporting clients and candidates while also playing a key role in Fertility Talent, our specialist division focused on fertility and women's health recruitment.
Guy is known for: His deep industry knowledge, strong relationships and, of course, his signature Dad jokes. Guy brings a wealth of experience and perspective, always happy to share his knowledge and offer a different way of looking at things.
