What You’ll Be Doing

• Play a pivotal role in navigating complex stakeholder relationships, cultivating strong partnerships with key clients, and driving long-term recruitment success.
• Proactively nurture key accounts by sourcing, interviewing, and presenting high-quality candidates.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to support continued growth.
• Execute effective business development strategies, leveraging your professional reputation to open doors with ease.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve realistic, measurable, and rewarding targets

Location Requirement
To help maintain our supportive, collaborative culture, we ask that applicants live within 30 minutes of York. While hybrid working is fully supported, in-person connection matters to us. 

Salary Range
The top of the salary range (£50,000) is offered to candidates with a significant strong track record of recruitment performance.
