What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver compassionate and high-quality care during patient recovery phases.
• Lead and mentor a team of recovery practitioners, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Conduct and review audits, maintain stock levels, and support training initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Nurse or ODP with active NMC or HCPC registration.
• Significant experience in recovery, ideally within orthopaedics, gynaecology, ENT, or cosmetics.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
