What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality care during patient recovery phases.
- Lead and mentor a team of recovery practitioners, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Conduct and review audits, maintain stock levels, and support training initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Nurse or ODP with active NMC or HCPC registration.
- Significant experience in recovery, ideally within orthopaedics, gynaecology, ENT, or cosmetics.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
