Charlotte is responsible for: Charlotte has knowledge across all clinical and non-clinical areas and a wealth of experience recruiting at mid to senior levels. As Senior Consultant Charlotte plays an active role in protecting our 4 P’s, People, Process, Practice, Purpose!

Charlotte is known for: With a real “get up and go” attitude towards life, once Charlotte sets herself a goal, she will do everything in her power to achieve it. She is super organised and doesn’t go anywhere without her notepad and pen!

Outside of work Charlotte loves: Charlotte loves keeping fit, her passion for running has led her to compete in several events to raise money for charity. Weekends can range from spending time socialising with friends and family (gin is her tipple of choice), to enjoying a night in with a takeaway and a good movie!
