What you’ll be doing

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives personalised, high-quality care across their clinical journey.
• Use your expertise to assess, plan and evaluate patient needs, while supporting the development of evidence-based practice.
• You will also have opportunities to grow professionally, take on leadership responsibilities, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to creating a safe, efficient and collaborative ward environment.

What we’re looking for

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) with a proven track record in hospital ward nursing.  
•  UK-based medical or surgical nursing experience is highly desirable.
•  A passionate and empathetic professional, committed to patient-centred care.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to develop both clinically and professionally.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to support both patients and colleagues.
