What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage the theatre team to ensure high standards of care and efficiency.
- Oversee the daily operations of three state-of-the-art theatres.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with active NMC or HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in theatre management, either as a Theatre Manager or accomplished Deputy Theatre Manager looking to step up.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly growing environment.
- Private sector experience is desirable but not essential; NHS experience is also welcomed.
