What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage the theatre team to ensure high standards of care and efficiency.
• Oversee the daily operations of three state-of-the-art theatres.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with active NMC or HCPC registration.
• Proven experience in theatre management, either as a Theatre Manager or accomplished Deputy Theatre Manager looking to step up.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly growing environment.
• Private sector experience is desirable but not essential; NHS experience is also welcomed.
