What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and inspire the theatre team to deliver outstanding patient care and operational performance
• Oversee the day-to-day running of three modern, well-equipped theatres
• Work closely with senior leadership to support ongoing growth and service development
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, regulatory standards, and best practice

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (NMC or HCPC registered)
• Proven experience in theatre leadership (Theatre Manager or experienced Deputy ready to step up)
• A proactive, adaptable leader who thrives in a growing and evolving environment
• Private healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential—NHS backgrounds are very welcome
