What you’ll be doing

• Lead shifts and supervise the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth daily operations. 
• Act as a clinical escalation point and mentor for junior staff, providing guidance and support.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives through audits and governance.
• Play an active role in service development, mentoring, and change management.

What we’re looking for

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) with a proven track record in hospital ward nursing.  
•  UK-based medical or surgical nursing experience is highly desirable.
•  A passionate and empathetic professional, committed to patient-centred care.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to develop both clinically and professionally.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to support both patients and colleagues.
