What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver high-quality anaesthetic care across various specialties, including orthopaedics, gynaecology, ENT, and cosmetic surgery.
- Lead and support a team of theatre practitioners, ensuring best practices and high standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with the Theatre Coordinator and Theatre Manager to maintain efficient and effective theatre operations.
- Conduct and review audits, manage stock levels, and support training initiatives to enhance team performance.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with active NMC or HCPC registration.
- Significant experience in anaesthetics, preferably with exposure to orthopaedics, gynaecology, ENT, or cosmetic surgery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
