What you’ll be doing:

• Provide clinical leadership to ensure the highest standards of healthcare practice.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive continuous improvement in governance, quality, and patient safety.
• Lead and support clinical teams in service transformation and quality improvement programmes.
• Represent the hospital in developing new models of care with external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified doctor licensed by the GMC and on the Specialist Register.
• Leadership experience is desirable but not essential, we welcome applications from Consultant Anaesthetists and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons seeking progression into management.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
• Experience in both NHS and private healthcare sectors is desirable but not essential.
