What You’ll Be Doing

• Nurture key accounts by proactively sourcing, interviewing, and submitting quality candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities that facilitate growth.
• Implement business development strategies, leveraging a reputation that opens doors with ease.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve realistic and attainable targets.

Location Requirement
To help maintain our supportive, collaborative culture, we ask that applicants live within 30 minutes of York. While hybrid working is fully supported, in-person connection matters to us. 

Salary Range
The top of the salary range (£35,000) is offered to candidates with a strong track record of recruitment performance.
