What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, support, and develop the theatre team, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care to patients and staff.
• Work closely with managers of other clinical areas to provide a seamless service for all patients.
• Manage the surgical specialities within theatres and provide line management for the theatre team.
• Maximise the use of clinical resources, monitor patient flow, and initiate improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• RGN Level or ODP Level 3 qualified.
• Strong clinical senior management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Orthopaedic experience is preferred, though a strong scrub, anaesthetic, and/or recovery background is also a bonus.
