What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage the pharmacy department, ensuring safe and effective medicines management.
• Provide clinical leadership to a dedicated team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
• Oversee compliance with relevant legislation and national guidelines, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise prescribing practices and patient outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with substantial post-registration experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a hospital setting, NHS or private.
• Strong knowledge of medicines legislation, clinical standards, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
