What you'll be doing: 

• Deliver expert scrub support during orthopaedic surgeries, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. 
• Collaborate with consultants, anaesthetists, and the wider surgical team to deliver integrated care. 
• Support the development and growth of spinal service, contributing to its success and expansion. 
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. 

What we're looking for:

• Qualified RN or ODP with active NMC or HCPC registration. 
• Extensive hospital scrub experience, particularly in orthopaedics.
• Strong interest in teaching and developing teams. 
• Experience with spinal surgery is highly desirable.
