What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments to ensure patients are clinically fit for surgery.
• Review medical histories, medications, and investigations, escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Coordinate pre-operative tests and liaise with consultants, anaesthetists, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patients with pre-operative information, education, and reassurance.

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse with active NMC pin.
• Post-qualification experience in a hospital setting is desirable although we welcome applications from newly qualified individuals.
• Strong focus on customer care and excellent communication skills.
