What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and support nursing teams across inpatient wards, pre-assessment, and outpatient departments.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Oversee quality assurance, including safety dashboards, action plans, and external inspections.
• Manage budgets and ensure services are delivered within financial constraints.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC Registration.
• Significant experience in a senior nursing role within an acute setting.
• Proven track record of leading clinical improvements and managing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
