Stroud Resourcing Shortlisted for Two Recruitment Industry Awards

We’re thrilled and humbled to announce that Stroud Resourcing has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2021 Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards!

Recruiter Magazine’s annual Investing in Talent Awards showcase the businesses that go above and beyond for their customers and employees, demonstrate clever strategy, and stand out from the crowd. It’s a privilege to have these aspects of our business recognised by the largest trade publication in our industry.

The first of these - ‘Best Recruitment Company to Work For’ in the micro-business (<20 employees) category – is a real testament to our entire team.  Our workplace culture is something we’re incredibly proud of, and we’ve worked hard to break the mould when it comes to recruitment business practices, so it’s an honour to be finalists in this category. Our ‘4 Ps’ of ethical, sustainable, and effective headhunting form the core of our company culture, but our team’s dedication, generosity and camaraderie are its beating heart. Barely a day goes by where we don’t have a great time in the office, and we always make sure we take the time to celebrate achievements. From our office dogs, Hugo and Dusty, to our incredible group team-building activities, we’re delighted to be different here at Stroud Resourcing.

The second award we’re shortlisted for is ‘Most Effective Pay & Benefits Strategy’, and once again this is a real point of pride for the company. Over the past two years, we’ve completely reworked our benefits offering to bring it in line with the needs and preferences of our team. Looking at what matters most to people across different stages of their careers, we’ve put together a benefits package that rivals many FTSE 100 companies.
