What you’ll be doing

• Lead high-quality, evidence-based nursing care within the ward.
• Champion exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
• Oversee daily ward coordination including admissions, discharges, and theatre flows.
• Supervise and support nursing and healthcare support staff.

What we’re looking for

• Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with active PIN.
• Significant post-registration experience in acute hospital settings.
• Previous experience in a senior nurse / Sister / Charge Nurse role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
