What you'll be doing
Lead and support a team in delivering safe, effective, high-quality perioperative care, with a specialist focus on robotic surgery.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective and patient-centred services.
Develop and implement individualised perioperative care plans that meet patients' needs and reflect current evidence-based best practice.
Provide expert clinical guidance and team leadership to optimise theatre utilisation, maintain high standards of care and improve patient outcomes.

What we are looking for
RN or ODP qualification.
Experience in robotic surgery within a theatre environment.
Experience in perioperative care and leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Strong clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to promote and influence evidence-based practice.
Proficiency in the use of perioperative equipment and technology.
Desirable:
A supervisory or management qualification.
