What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patient vitals.
- Provide comprehensive pre and post-operative care.
- Prepare the operating theatre, sterilize instruments, and ensure all surgical equipment is functional.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with active NMC pin or HCPC registration.
- Experience in theatre nursing and surgical assistance.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage high-stress environments and critical situations.
- Ideally multi-skilled across Scrub, Anaesthetics, and Recovery, but skills in Scrub and Anaesthetics are also welcome.
