What you'll be doing

• Deliver high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative pathway.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider clinical team.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of theatre services.
• Support evidence-based clinical practice within your area of expertise.
• Take an active role in service development, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Depending on your experience, you may work across recovery, anaesthetics, and/or scrub.

What we're looking for

• A relevant professional registration or Level 3 Operating Department Practitioner qualification.
• Previous experience working within a theatre environment, including recovery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
• A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
• Mentorship or clinical supervision experience would be advantageous.
