What you'll be doing

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-focused care throughout the perioperative pathway.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of theatre services.
• Support the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical practice.
• Participate in service improvement, education, and professional development initiatives.
• Work within your area of expertise, which may include scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery.

What we're looking for

• Current professional registration as a Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner.
• Previous experience working within a theatre environment.
• Experience across one or more perioperative specialities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to clinical practice and professional development.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
• Previous experience within a relevant surgical speciality would be advantageous.
