What you'll be doing

• Provide visible and effective leadership across the Day Case Ward and Outpatient Departments.
• Lead and manage the nursing workforce, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
• Maintain a visible clinical presence and provide expert clinical support to the multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of outpatient services and the Day Case Ward.

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in acute care, Day Surgery, Ambulatory Care, or Perioperative Services.
• Previous experience in a Ward Sister, Senior Sister, or equivalent leadership role.
• Demonstrable leadership, supervision, and people management skills.
• Desirable: Leadership or management qualification, teaching and assessment or mentorship qualification.
