What you'll be doing

• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team during shifts.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior colleagues and students.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and service improvement initiatives.
• Promote high standards of patient safety and quality of care.

What we're looking for

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Relevant post-registration clinical experience.
• Experience within an acute, surgical, or similarly fast-paced clinical environment.
• Previous experience supporting or leading colleagues.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts where required.
