What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver high-quality surgical care during orthopaedic and spinal procedures.
• Lead and mentor a multi-functional team, ensuring staff are adequately trained and supported.
• Coordinate surgical procedures, aligning with clinical standards and patient safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement and expansion of the spinal service.

What we’re looking for:

• Active NMC/HCPC registration.
• Qualified Surgical First Assist or willingness to study when hired.
• Experience in an operating theatre setting with specific orthopaedic and spinal scrub skills.
• Strong desire to develop services and a true passion within the orthopaedics and spinal field.
