What you’ll be doing

• Maintain a clinical caseload (approx. 85-90%) while ensuring clinic performance and optimisation.
• Drive revenue through service channels, partnerships, and networking.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
• Oversee team operations, manage performance, and report trends to senior management.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and performance evaluation for staff.

What we’re looking for

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree (minimum) with full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to clinical pathways.
• Evidence of continued professional development and previous managerial experience.
• Excellent organisational, time management, verbal communication, and written English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
