What you’ll be doing
- Deliver compassionate perioperative care with a focus on orthopaedic and spinal procedures.
- Support the entire surgical pathway, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to professional standards.
- Collaborate with a multi-functional team to ensure the smooth running of the operating theatre.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship roles.
What we’re looking for
- Active NMC/HCPC registration.
- Educated to degree level with considerable further professional development.
- ILS Qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in an operating theatre setting, specifically with orthopaedic and spinal scrub skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team and drive growth.
- Evidence of clinical reasoning skills across a varied patient case mix.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
