What you’ll be doing

• Deliver compassionate perioperative care with a focus on orthopaedic and spinal procedures.
• Support the entire surgical pathway, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to professional standards.
• Collaborate with a multi-functional team to ensure the smooth running of the operating theatre.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship roles.

What we’re looking for

• Active NMC/HCPC registration.
• Educated to degree level with considerable further professional development.
• ILS Qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in an operating theatre setting, specifically with orthopaedic and spinal scrub skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team and drive growth.
• Evidence of clinical reasoning skills across a varied patient case mix.
• Effective communicator with the ability to build professional relationships.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
