What you’ll be doing:
•    Champion the vision and values of the business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. 
•    Provide strategic and operational clinical leadership across all services. 
•    Lead the organisation’s approach to clinical risk management and continuous improvement. 
•    Build influential relationships with health, care, and community partners to develop integrated services. 

What we’re looking for:
•    Registered doctor with a GMC license to practice and a strong professional record.
•    Senior clinical leadership experience within the NHS or a similarly complex organisation. 
•    Strong knowledge of clinical governance, NHS strategy, and regulatory requirements.
•    Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills.
