What you'll be doing

• Manage a varied clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities.
• Support the day-to-day running and performance of the clinic.
• Ensure high standards of clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and support members of the clinical team.
• Build positive relationships with patients, referrers, and local stakeholders. 

What we're looking for

• Degree-qualified Physiotherapist with current HCPC registration and appropriate professional membership.
• Previous experience working within musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using standard Microsoft Office applications.
