What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver advanced clinical care: Manage a complex MSK caseload involving spinal and peripheral conditions.
• Lead and mentor: Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, mentoring clinicians, and supporting their professional journey.
• Drive service development: Contribute to clinical governance, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster continuous learning: Lead the internal CPD programme, encouraging a culture of reflective practice and clinical excellence.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Physiotherapist: Must hold a Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc Hons) or Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6) and be registered with the HCPC.
• Experienced clinician: Competent in treating complex MSK cases, ideally with experience in sports injuries.
• Leadership potential: Experience in mentoring and coaching colleagues, with a willingness to step into a leadership role.
• Cultural fit: A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to the clinic’s values and future growth.
