What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Lead and inspire the Clinical Team, ensuring safe and effective care provision.
• Collaborate with the Head of Clinical Services to implement strategic plans and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee pre-admission assessments, clinical care planning, and guest consultations.
• Facilitate clinical education groups and liaise with external services for comprehensive guest support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with NMC Registration. 
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting (equivalent band 6 or above).
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, guest-focused approach.
• Excellent understanding of medication management and regulatory compliance.
• Desirable: Leadership qualifications, root cause analysis training, and a passion for addiction recovery.
