What you’ll be doing:
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of MRI services, ensuring the highest standards of image quality and patient experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of radiographers and support staff.
- Work closely with clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team to optimise workflows and enhance diagnostic accuracy.
- Contribute to service development projects, implementing best practices and new technologies.
- Maintain full compliance with clinical governance and safety standards.
What we’re looking for:
- BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council) – essential.
- Substantial MRI experience, ideally including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
- A proactive, forward-thinking professional who takes pride in service improvement and clinical leadership.
