What we’re looking for

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as Director of Nursing or Head of Governance & Risk.
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams through change.
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach with a strong focus on quality and safety.
