What you’ll be doing

• Lead the daily operations of the HDU and Recovery units, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Deliver an Outreach service to the wards, providing guidance on the care of acutely unwell patients.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and ICS standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients and their families.

What we’re looking for

• Registered Nurse with a recognised post-graduate Critical Care qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Recovery and Critical Care environments.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
