What you'll be doing

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across hospice and community palliative care services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
• Oversee clinical service development, workforce planning and operational performance.
• Champion staff engagement, professional development and a positive organisational culture.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of digital clinical systems to enhance patient care.

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration qualifications and significant senior leadership experience within hospice or specialist palliative care.
• A proven track record of leading complex clinical services and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of implementing or leading clinical information systems would be advantageous.
