What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate closely with senior management and clinical teams to deliver exemplary patient care, supporting patients from consultation through to successful treatment.
• Autonomously manage and deliver a range of ear procedures, including Mouth Intermediate, Minor Ear, Major Ear, and Major Nose surgeries.
• Participate in outpatient clinics prior to surgery and all aspects of operative care.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of services and introduce new specialities in highly utilised theatre environments.

What we’re looking for:

• Full and Specialist GMC Registration in the relevant speciality.
• Proven track record of success in performing a range of ENT surgeries.
• Commitment to excellent teamwork with clinical colleagues and a positive attitude towards patient care.
