What you'll be doing

• Lead the day-to-day operational management of a busy endoscopy service.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and support to the nursing team.
• Drive quality improvement, governance and patient safety initiatives.
• Work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver an efficient, patient-focused service.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, decontamination and regulatory standards.
• Support workforce planning, staff development and service performance.

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience within endoscopy.
• Previous leadership or management experience within an endoscopy service.
• Strong knowledge of JAG standards, clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Excellent communication, organisational and people management skills.
• A proactive approach to service development and continuous improvement.
