What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a private day-case surgery facility, ensuring top-quality care and an optimal experience for patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage financial performance by planning, monitoring, and assessing the centre's budget, promoting cost-effective practices.
- Develop and support the centre's staff, ensuring high standards of performance and facilitating professional growth through personal development plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a healthcare setting.
- Qualified Registered Nurse (NMC Registered) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC Registered).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory, governance, and safety requirements, including experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and patient satisfaction, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
