What you’ll be doing

• Perform orthopaedic surgical procedures, including primary knee and hip arthroplasty, and minor orthopaedic surgeries.
• Provide comprehensive preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Participate in audit, research, and management tasks to continually improve service quality.

What we’re looking for

• GMC Specialist Registration in Orthopaedics or immediate eligibility.
• Demonstrable experience with at least 250 primary hip or knee replacements, or 500 knee arthroscopies over the past three years.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, clinical governance, and patient care.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards patient interaction.
