What you'll be doing: 

• Collaborate closely with senior management and clinical teams to delivery exemplary patient care, supporting patients from consultation through to successful treatment. 
• Autonomously manage and deliver a range of opthalmic procedures, including Cataract and YAG Laser Surgery. 
• Participate in preoperative and postoperative activities, ensuring a seamless patient experience. 
• Engage in audit, research, and management tasks to continually improve service quality. 

What we're looking for: 

• Full registration and listing on GMC register. 
• Proven track record of success in performing a range of Opthalmic surgeries. 
• UK medical degree and CCST in Opthalmology or appropriate specialist qualification.
• Commitment to excellent teamwork and a positive attitude towards patient care.
