What you’ll be doing
Lead and inspire the Clinical Team to deliver the best possible client experience.
Ensure regulatory requirements and best practices are met, maintaining high standards of care.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage the Treatment Centre Clinical team, including recruitment, performance management, and development.

What we’re looking for
Registered Nurse or Midwife with evidence of continuing professional development.
Proven experience in leading dispersed teams and delivering client-centric services.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Nurses and Midwives operating at a Lead level role, looking to step up into senior management are welcome to apply
Experience within Sexual and Reproductive health is non-essential as full training will be offered to the successful candidate
