What you'll be doing: 

• Delivering specialist, high-quality nursing care and support for patients diagnosed with breast cancer. 
• Conducting holistic needs assessments to provide individualised patient care. 
• Developing patient pathways and enhancing the nursing service within the breast care department. 
• Collaborating with the Breast Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure compliance with national standards for safety and quality. 

What we're looking for: 

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Extensive experience in breast cancer care, preferably in a similar role. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• A proactive approach to developing and improving patient care pathways.
