End of Quarter: Reflection, Celebration and Looking Ahead

As 2025 drew to a close, we marked the end of year in the best way possible by coming together as a team to reflect, celebrate and enjoy some well-earned festive cheer. 

We kicked off the day with our end-of-quarter presentation, taking time to look back on what we've achieved over the past few months. From key milestones reached to challenges overcome, it was a great opportunity to recognise the collective effort that drives our progress. These sessions always serve as an important reminder of what is possible when hard work, creativity and collaboration are aligned. Moreover, they set the tone for the exciting opportuniteis ahead. 

After the business updates came the food! The team sat down to an incredible Christmas roast courtest of York Roast Co., complete with turkey, gravy and Yorkshire puddings, and of course, all the festive trimmings. It was the perfect chance to relax, connect and enjoy a moment together away from the day-to-day.   

The celebrations continued into the evening with a visit to York Distillery for a gin tasting. It was a fantastic experience and a fitting way to raise a glass to the end of a successful year and for what's to come next. 

Moments like this remind us how fortunate we are to work with such a dedicated and supportive team. We're incredibly proud of what we've achieved together in 2025 and we're all excited to build on that momentum as we head into 2026.
