Wicked Wednesday - Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Torte
This week's Wicked Wednesday was hosted by Mike, who based a delicious Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Torte!
A perfect midweek treat that brought the team together for a moment of indulgence and connection.

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Large pinch of sea salt
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 165 degrees and line a baking tin
- Melt 200g dark chocolate and 200g unsalted butter, stirring to combine
- Whisk 4 large eggs with 150g caster sugar for 2-3 minutes
- Stir the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg and sugar mix, stirring continuously
- Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract and a large pinch of sea salt
- Stir together to combine
- Pour into the baking tin and place in the oven for 30 minutes
- Remove from the oven (the edges should be firm and middle still wobbly) and allow to cool at room temperature
- Once cooled, put in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
- Once it has fully set, dust with cocoa powder and sea salt flakes, slice and serve!
