We’re Celebrating 4 Years as a Good Business Charter Member!

This month, we’re proud to be celebrating 4 years as a member of the Good Business Charter (GBC), and what a journey it’s been!

Joining the GBC back in 2021 was our way of saying, “Yes, we’re serious about doing business the right way.” Four years on, we’re still just as committed to that promise.

What’s the Good Business Charter all about?

The GBC is a simple but powerful accreditation that recognises businesses who prioritise things like:

• Fair pay (yes, we’re a Real Living Wage employer)
• Fair treatment of employees
• Paying suppliers on time
• Looking after the environment
• Being transparent with tax
• Listening to customers (and acting on what they say)
• Championing diversity and inclusion
• And more

It’s a great way to hold ourselves accountable and show the people we work with (whether that’s customers, clients or team members) that we’re a business that cares.

What it means to us

Being a GBC member has shaped so much of what we do. It’s helped is:

• Stay focused on what really matters in how we treat our team
• Build stronger relationship with suppliers and clients
• Keep improving how we support wellbeing, diversity and sustainability
• Show our values clearly, not just say them

It’s become a part of who we are as a business.

Looking ahead

We’re proud of how far we’ve come but we’re not stopping here. We’ll keep looking for ways to improve and grow while sticking to the values that got us here in the first place.
