Weeks 2–4: Mastering Candidate Resourcing
With the basics under your belt, you’ll progress into hands-on learning.
During Weeks 2–4, you’ll learn how to identify, attract, and engage top healthcare talent using our industry-leading tools, sourcing platforms, and proven outreach strategies. This is your first step into the world of delivery—building real candidate pipelines and supporting the wider team.
Weeks 5–7: Becoming a Recruitment Partner
As your confidence grows, so does your responsibility.

You’ll learn to qualify candidates, manage processes, and contribute meaningfully across the full recruitment cycle. This is where you evolve from trainee to a capable 180 recruiter, playing an active role in our success.
Week 8: Introducing Business Development
The final week of the programme opens the door to your future as a 360 consultant.
You’ll be introduced to business development strategies that empower you to understand client needs, build meaningful relationships, and start developing your own portfolio. This is your first step toward owning the full recruitment lifecycle and shaping your own success.
