Celebrating Wins, Growth, and Good Vibes – Just Another Wednesday at Stroud Resourcing

Last Wednesday was one of those special days that really captured what we’re all about at Stroud Resourcing, high performance, genuine connection, and a lot of fun along the way.

We kicked things off at 14:15 with the sales team diving deep into some serious objection handling. It was a focused session full of sharp thinking, collaboration, and a lot of energy, exactly what you'd expect from a team that’s not only meeting challenges but turning them into growth.

By 16:30, the entire team came together for something a little different, a relaxed picnic tea in the sun, complete with bubbles and garden games. It was a chance to unwind, connect across departments, and just enjoy being part of a workplace that values both performance and people.

Of course, we had good reason to celebrate, a whopping 328% of target hit for the month of June! That’s not just a number; it’s a reflection of what happens when the right people are empowered to do their best work in the right environment.
