Celebrating 7 Years of Growth, Partnership, and Purpose

At Stroud, we believe that stories connect people, and partnerships make progress possible. This week, as our valued partner Charlotte celebrated its 7th anniversary, our team wanted to do something special.

Instead of a traditional message, we came together to write a poem, one that each team member read aloud. Every voice added a line, every thought added heart. It became more than a poem; it became a reflection of what collaboration, purpose, and community mean to us:

A smile that brightens every place.

With notebook ready, pen in hand,

Charlotte helps the best be planned.

 

From clinical posts to senior roles,

She matches hearts, connects the goals.

A champion of our four proud P’s,

She guards them firmly, with such ease.

 

Her get up and go” sets the tone,

Determined spirit all her own.

Super-organised, sharp, and keen,

She keeps our standards crisp and clean.

 

Her laughter lifts us every day,

Her kindness shines in every way.

A heart so big, a soul so bright,

She makes the toughest tasks feel light.

 

Beyond the desk, she finds her stride,

Running miles with purpose and pride.

With gin in hand or trainers laced,

She lives each moment with such taste.

 

So here’s to Charlotte, seven strong,
