A Very Merry Christmas at Stroud!

As part of our November end of month, we had an early finish to decorate the christmas tree whilst listening to Michael Buble! We also collected donations from the team to give to Kitchen for Everyone - York. A great organisation providing meals to the homeless & vulnerable of York, it's important that we think of those in need, particularly at this time of year. 

We were then presented our months financial performance, as well as announcing our new reward scheme. We have created a Hall of Fame', which is used to recognise employees that have performed well. Charlotte was awarded November Employee of the Month for her outstanding hardwork, she has exceeded her KPIs and gone to great lengths to ensure she delivers her best. Jessica was awarded for her phone figures! Well done, both!

Then we introduced this years Secret Santa, as well as Elf on a Shelf, which the team are excited for. Finally, it was Charlotte'sturn to host this months activity which was Christmas themed! First we all decorated our own christmas baubles and Charlotte chose the winner. Next we had christmas food delivered to our office - we all tucked in whilst pulling crackers and singing along to christmas songs. After dinner, we started the second part of Charlotte's activity which was a classic Christmas Quiz!

To end the day, we all headed to the Christmas market in York and had a few drinks! Another great end to a fantastic month at Stroud!
